We are seeking a motivated applicant to join our office team.

Full time position Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with limited paid overtime required from January 2nd through April 15th. Offering paid health insurance, paid time off and a retirement plan. Starting wage will be competitive and will be based on overall experience with an annual review.

• Prepare and update depreciation schedules
• Data entry for tax returns
• Generate payroll reports
• Prepare information returns
• Prepare and reconcile QuickBooks records
• Be a member of a team who ensures all required offices duties are completed
• Greet and assist clients dropping off documents, and picking up completed tax returns and provide assistance as needed
• Assist in office wide duties such as mailings, form letters and distribution lists
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
• QuickBooks Experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
• Detail oriented
• Ability to follow tasks through to completion
